About this notice
This notice complements the Privacy Policy and applies to data subjects located in Brazil, under the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

2. Data processed
Those described in the Privacy Policy: founders' identification and contact data, startup data and submitted materials, partner messages and browsing data.
3. Purposes and legal bases (art. 7)
- Evaluating applications and running the selection process: performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V).
- Communication and answers to requests: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) and preliminary procedures (art. 7, V).
- Security and website improvement: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- Website usage statistics (no cookies): legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- Legal obligations: compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (art. 7, II).
4. Sharing and international transfer
We share data with service providers and committee members, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because the controller is in the United States, your data is transferred outside Brazil. The transfer is made with the safeguards provided in art. 33 of the LGPD, such as standard contractual clauses or specific consent, as applicable.
5. Your rights (art. 18)
Confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, deletion of data processed with consent, information about sharing, information about the possibility of not giving consent, and withdrawal of consent. Requests through legal@campeaoaccelerator.com, with an answer within 15 days.
