1. Program objective
To select, audit, legally structure and accelerate high-potential B2C, B2B and B2B2C startups, testing their products with real users and preparing them for fundraising.
2. Eligibility
- A working MVP available on the market, with traction or active users.
- An accessible B2C, B2B or B2B2C model (Fintech, EdTech, HealthTech, Mobility, Marketplaces, Utilities, Circular Economy, Inclusion Tech).
- An API-based architecture, with infrastructure that absorbs traffic peaks.
- At least one full-time founder.
- No serious legal disputes, labor liabilities or corporate irregularities that would make investment unfeasible.
3. Participation terms
- Commercial terms: presented individually to startups approved in the screening, before any signature, and formalized in a specific participation agreement.
- Legal instrument: standard market instruments, such as a SAFE or equivalent instruments.
4. Phases (12 weeks)
- Governance and organization (weeks 1–4).
- Load and scale test (weeks 5–10).
- Fundraising packaging and investor presentation (weeks 11–12).
5. Selection stages
- Application.
- Technical screening (form, metrics, deck).
- Interview and pitch with the committee.
- Preliminary due diligence.
- Announcement of approved startups.
There are no opening or closing dates: applications are permanent. The total response time is up to 15 business days, including the interview and due diligence.
6. Use of the ecosystem's user base
6.1 Nature of access
The selected startup receives access to the base of active users of the media apps and websites of the Campeão group, who authorized receiving promotion of new businesses, to test usability, conversion and retention during Phase 2 of the program. Access is a distribution opportunity, not a guarantee of user volume, conversion or revenue.
6.2 Activations
Any communication, offer or campaign aimed at the base is planned jointly and requires prior approval from Campeão (channel, audience, message, frequency and period). Campeão may adjust, pause or stop an activation at any time to protect users and the ecosystem's brand.
6.3 Technical integration
- Integrations use APIs and secure authentication, with encryption in transit. There is no single sign-on (SSO) across the ecosystem: a user who arrives at the startup through the promotion signs up directly with it.
- The startup builds and maintains the integration at its own cost and risk, and submits it to agreed load tests before any activation.
- The startup is responsible for the availability, performance and security of its own infrastructure, including traffic peaks caused by activations.
6.3.1 Incidents
The startup must notify Campeão within 24 hours of any security incident, relevant outage or leak that may affect users of the base. Campeão may suspend the integration until it is back to normal.
6.4 Data protection
- The promotion is carried out by Campeão, in its apps and websites, based on the authorization users gave to receive new business offers. The startup does not receive the list of users or their contact data: it only deals with the user who, on their own initiative, clicks the promotion and signs up.
- The startup is prohibited from collecting, copying, storing, enriching, selling or sharing data of the base's users without Campeão's prior written authorization and without an applicable legal basis.
- Data that users give directly to the startup when buying or using its product is the startup's responsibility, and it must comply with the applicable data protection laws (such as the LGPD and the GDPR), have its own privacy policy and obtain the necessary consents.
- It is forbidden to use the base for purposes other than those approved in the activation, to send unsolicited communications outside what was agreed, or to try to re-identify users.
6.5 Content and conduct
The startup is responsible for the content, offer, price and delivery of its products and services, and must comply with the applicable consumer, advertising and sector regulations (for example, financial regulation in the case of fintechs). Misleading advertising, promises of results or practices that harm users are not allowed.
6.6 Relationship with users
The base's users are customers of the Campeão ecosystem. The startup must treat them with respect and provide adequate support. Campeão may receive and forward complaints and may suspend access in case of repeated issues.
6.7 Non-compliance
Failure to comply with the rules of this section authorizes Campeão to suspend or end access to the base and to terminate the startup's participation in the program, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
7. Evaluation criteria
- Distribution fit: solves everyday pains (saving money, earning income, accessing services).
- Integrable architecture: open APIs (webhooks) and infrastructure that handles usage peaks.
- Unit economics: margin that absorbs conversion, acquisition and commissions; clear LTV or defined recurrence.
- Governance and team: full-time founder, openness to cross-border legal alignment, healthy cap table.
8. General provisions
- Campeão may change the schedule of the program.
- Confidentiality: the information you submit is used only for evaluation and is not disclosed without consent; the startup's intellectual property remains its own. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
- Venue and applicable law: they will be stated in the participation agreement of each approved startup.
